Our specialty is roof replacements. The reason why we prefer roof replacements over roof repairs is because we know what trouble roof repairs could cause. Let's say you have a steel flat roof that's 10 years old and is rusted and leaking. For us to do a roof repair we would have to remove some of the old roof sheets. This means we would have to pull out the old roof bolts that are drilled into the trusses onto which the roof sheets are mounted too. We also have to remove the waterproofing that was used to seal the parapet wall and the zincalunme roof sheets. There is so much that can go wrong especially because we are dealing with really old and worn materials. We would be opening a can of worms. When we remove the whole flat roof and replace it with a new one we eliminate all possible problems.
